Martha Elizabeth Griffin Peavy age 91, passed away Friday, August 26, 2016 at Rich Square Health Care in Rich Square, NC.
Mrs. Peavy was born February 27, 1925 in New Broughton, Alabama, the daughter of the late Grover Griffin and Nina Jo Perkins Griffin. She was also pre-deceased by her husband,
David Lloyd Trawick and a son, David Trawick.
She is survived by her son, Christopher Trawick and his wife Edna. Her brother, Lamar Griffin. Two grandchildren, Ellen and Chad Trawick. Two step children, Ollie Jernigan and Eddie Dorsey.
Also many nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held this coming week at New Broughton Cemetery in New Broughton, Alabama.
Local arrangements are being handled by Massey Funeral Home and arrangements in Alabama are being handled by Sorrell's Funeral Home, Enterprise, Alabama.
