NASCAR driver Kevin Harvick is scheduled to sign autographs at the Grand Opening of the Ollie's Bargain Outlet in Roanoke Rapids, NC on Wednesday, May 17 from 10 a.m. to Noon ET.
250 tickets will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis by Ollie's staff the morning of the event.
