The Nitty Gritty Dirt Band celebrated 50 years in the music business tour with a stop in the Roanoke Valley Saturday night.
BarnBurner Promotions presented the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band Saturday night at the Roanoke Rapids Theatre with Northampton County's based Willie Peebles Band as the opening act.
What a great show put on by both bands to the 1,000 music fans.
BarnBurner announce two show dates with tickets on sale soon. 38 Special will be at the Roanoke Rapids Theatre June 2, 2017 and Jamey Johnson will be at the Theatre July 21, 2017.
