The Halifax County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who had four tires put on his vehicle last week and left Powell’s Garage without paying.
The garage, located on Highway 48 outside Roanoke Rapids, reported the crime Monday, said Detective R.B. Biggerstaff.
