The Emporia Virginia based Under 12 Top Hand - National travel baseball team earned weekend second place.
The Emporia team placed 2nd in their bracket in the "12 U - Early Bird Brawl" in Richmond Va this past weekend's two day event which included 26 baseball teams.
The team went 3-2 overall includes local Roanoke Valley players Drew Williams, Braxton Hammack, Colin Clements, Davis Liverman and Matthew MacNichol.
