The Roanoke Rapids Lady Yellow Jackets soccer fell at home in double overtime to the Franklinton Red Rams 0-1 Wednesday night at Hoyle field.
Kristy Price had 27 saves in goal.
Post match comments from Jackets head coach Craig Jean, "My girls played extremely hard for 100 minutes. I'm extremely proud of the effort they gave tonight. A mistake in the 2nd OT cost us, but we showed a huge improvement from Monday's game, so we are going in the right direction. Kristy Price is still playing out of her mind in the goal and has really stepped up and risen to the challenge this season. We now have to have a quick recovery and turn around and travel to Northeastern tomorrow. "
