Several Roanoke Valley area young basketball players help their AAU basketball teams win top spots in two different NCAA live showcase events.
Weldon's Quinton TJ Richardson and Jaheem Parker play AAU basketball for 14U while Roanoke Rapids Paul Whitby plays for a older team on the Richmond Virginia based Squires Richmond.
Squires' Richmond Boys Basketball is a AAU Boys Basketball Program founded in 1987 by Tony Squire. Tony has dedicated over 20 years of his young life to developing a fine Program for hundreds of players across the state of Virginia as well as surrounding states.
