Roanoke Rapids police continue their investigation into a Wednesday night armed robbery at The Store Next Door on West Fifth Street.
Two men wearing all-black clothing entered the store around 8:15 p.m. armed and demanded money, Chief Chuck Hasty said in a statement.
The clerk complied and the men left with an undisclosed amount of money.
The men are considered armed and dangerous.
