The 2016-17 NCHSAA football season kicked off Monday August 1st with the first official day of High School football practice allowed, but August 10th was first day allowed to scrimmage other teams.
The Northampton Jaguars traveled to Hertford County Wednesday night and host a area jamboree this Saturday in Creeksville.
