Louis V. Mann, Jr, age 81, of Roanoke Rapids, died Friday, April 27, 2018, at Halifax Regional Medical Center.
A graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon Wednesday, May 2, 2018, at Cedarwood Cemetery with Rev. Norwood Starling officiating.
