Richard Clayton Nelms, Sr., 91, died Saturday, October 15, 2016, at Wake Medical in Raleigh.
The family will have a memorial service at Quankie Baptist Church Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at 6:00 pm.
They will receive friends immediately following the service in the fellowship hall and all other times at the home.
