The Roanoke Rapids Parks and Recreation held it 2016 Youth Flag football championship Thursday night at Doyle field.
Team Kuechly beat Team Newton 20-6 for their first loss in the double elimination tournament, so a second game was played with Team Newton winning 24-6 to win the championship game.
