The 2A Northern Carolina Conference and Region 5 High school Men's soccer All-Conference players and All-Region teams have been announced.
Several Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets were named in these awards.
Roanoke Rapids soccer head coach Craig Jean stated, "I am very proud and happy for my players who got recognized by other coaches in our conference and region based on their play this season. All our kids worked hard, and our players recognized represent RRHS soccer very well. Having two players on 1st team All Region is a big deal and having 3 players All Region who are just Sophomores is an encouraging sign for our program for the next few years."
