The Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets boys basketball team is holding a fundraiser Free Throw-A-Thon this Saturday December 10th at the Roanoke Rapids gym the "HIVE".
All donations are accepted, just see any RRHS JV or Varsity basketball player or sponsor an individual basketball player. That means their sponsored amount is per free throw made out of 500 attempts. You can sponsor any amount, so if they sponsor someone for .25 cent and that player makes 300, you donate $75.
The Varsity boys will start at 9:30 AM and the JV boys will start at 11:30 AM.
The Boys Basketball team wants to thank everyone for their support as this money goes to help them purchase balls, practice jerseys, shirts, and shoes.
The RRHS girls basketball teams will hold theirs Saturday December 17th.
