Williams leads the Yellow Jackets in scoring and rebounding at 15.9 points and 12.3 rebounds per game -- which is the 15th most in all of D3 this season. She led all scorers with 23 points in RMU’s last matchup -- a 77-67 win over BR-282 Wheaton (MA). She went 9 for 11 from the field and grabbed eight rebounds in the victory.
"We're delighted that Kelly has started her career as we had hoped.” said RMU head coach Carroll LeHaye about Williams' start, “We specifically zeroed in on her to revive our post game. She is working hard to learn the College game--how much faster it is, more physical it is, and how the players are all good that we compete against. She has a great future ahead of her if she continues to develop."
