The Weldon Police Department reported the following:
Monday, September 5, 2016
At approximately 1:34 a.m., Officer Noland Coles was patrolling the area near 51 Sycamore.
Wade Gray Jr., 33, of Roanoke Rapids, reportedly caused a disturbance.
He was charged with trespassing, issued a $700 secured bond and September 21 court date.
Thursday, September 8, 2016
At approximately 12:54 p.m., Officer Lloyd Melton received a call about a disturbance in the 1700 block of Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.
Melton located Calvin Haggins, 34, of Winston-Salem, near Poplar Street.
He was arrested for robbery and aggravated assault.
He has a $15,000 secured bond and October 9 court date.

At approximately 1:25 a.m., Coles was patrolling near 51 Sycamore.
Dante Cross, 30, of Weldon, was arrested for driving while license revoked.
He has a $500 bond and September 21 court date.
Sergeant Thomas Mason assisted.
