Roanoke Rapids head coach Craig Jean post match comments, "The fact that we scored 7 goals and all were assisted, tells you how good we moved the ball tonight. They were patient, passed the ball beautifully- not just in the attacking third, but all over the field, they talked and were unselfish. When it is going like this, it is a lot of fun. We have got some momentum and a lot of excitement amongst the team. Everyone played good, but this was a major breakout game for Cameron Wilson. He finished 2 ground ball leaves to the pk spot, while taking contact, like a man. The way they have played lately gets me excited for what they can become over the course of this season."
